What we collect

• Your email address.
• Your answers to our questions: when you're moving, your budget, where you're looking and what you'd pay.
• Where you came from, from the tags in the link you clicked (for example, which ad).
• Your rough location (city and country), worked out from your IP address. We don't store the IP address itself.

What we do with it

We use it to email you about early access, to decide who gets in first, and to figure out where to launch and what to charge. We don't sell it or share it with anyone for their own use.

Ads

When we run ads, this page uses Meta's and TikTok's measurement tools to tell which ads bring people here. They may set cookies in your browser. You can turn off ad tracking in your Meta and TikTok settings.

Where it's kept

The site runs on Vercel and the list is stored with Upstash, both in the United States.

Getting off the list

Email hello@nycstoop.com and we'll delete everything we have about you.
